You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. pwinph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
pwinph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your pwinph account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. pwinph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. All transactions on pwinph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where a payment is received in a different currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. pwinph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
pwinph does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals. All financial transactions must be conducted through the approved electronic payment methods listed on the Platform.
pwinph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be published alongside each individual promotion.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall govern all account, financial, and conduct matters.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pwinph.

pwinph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pwinph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pwinph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pwinph will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pwinph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
